Sultanpur National Park and Bird Sanctuary (Haryana)


Sultanpur National Park and Bird Sanctuary situated in Gurgaon(Gurugram) district of Haryana. Around 250 varieties of bird species can be seen here. The sanctuary gets its name as it is located in Sultanpur town.

Birds commonly seen:

Resident birds:
Black francolin, Painted stork, Indian roller, Eurasian thick-knee, Red-collared Dove.

Migratory birds:
Siberian crane, Bluethroat, Northern pintail, Norther shovler, Spotted sandpiper.
